This class is more gentle, taking easier poses and holding them a little longer so you can learn how to get into the poses.  There is plenty of time to take breaks.

While this class is targeted to beginners, modifications are provided for more advanced students.

The Beginner Yoga class is great for students who have never taken yoga as well as students who want a slower paced class.  This might include students returning after an injury or someone working toward more difficult classes later.

This class is a modern Western form of belly dance which was created by fusing American Tribal Style belly dance and American Cabaret belly dance. In this beginner level class we will focuses on fundamental belly dance techniques used in tribal Fusion Belly dance. Classes will consist of belly dance isolations, pops and locks, slow and gooey movement, fun dance combinations, basic footwork patterning, arm patterns and easy conditioning. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.
