Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one movement method tones and sculpts the body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Buti uses ancient cleansing techniques called "Kriyas" to stimulate and cleanse the deep abdominal organs and Chakra system - facilitating detoxification on physical, energetic and emotional levels.
This class will teach you how to twerk - but thats not all! There will be a little workout to help strengthen the areas you need for twerking. Towards the end of class we will preform a small choreographed twerk dance testing what you have learned that day! So bring water and come prepared to sweat!

Develop strength, core stability and muscular control by isolating parts of the body with traditional belly dance movements and combinations that build your dance flow. Belly dance enables you to explore your body, sensuality and femininity; helps with the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood; helps strengthen core and ease back pain. Suitable for most ages, sizes and abilities.
