 Twerk It Out

Join both Amara and Tye in this fun twerk class! In this one hour class, students will learn how to empower their inner baddie with twerkout routines. Class will focus on lower body workouts: back, thighs, and the most important for twerk, BOOTY! It will be a full cardio workout, so if students are ready to sweat off the stresses of the day, come shake some booty!

Primal Flow - BUTI® YOGA

Sweat with Intention

The only way to transform your body in a sustainable way is to fall in love with your workout + wellness lifestyle.

This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement vinyasa flow.

Gentle Vinyasa

This class is more gentle, taking easier poses and holding them a little longer so you can learn how to get into the poses.  There is plenty of time to take breaks.

While this class is targeted to beginners, modifications are provided for more advanced students.

The Beginner Yoga class is great for students who have never taken yoga as well as students who want a slower-paced class.  This might include students returning after an injury or someone working toward more difficult classes later.
