Aerial Classes

Fabric : Silk, hammock & Aerial Yoga

If you're interested in aerial arts and looking to build strength, come join us for an hour of conditioning and skill exploration on both silks and sling. We will focus on building upper body and core strength while exploring fundamental aerial skills. 

Aerial Hammocks Art

Instructor: Bobae

Require class: None

Class time : Monday 11:00am

                     Thursday 9:00am

Bring a Yoga mat (two blocks optional)

The class offers deep stretching, strengthening and playing in the hammock . This class will start with warming up with a Vinyasa Aerial Yoga flow and I will guide you through short dance sequences afterward.
 

For all Class attendances

Please Read this before class

  • Make reservation before classes.

  • Minimal three attendance to run

  • Check for cancellations.

  • Wear some type of stretchy pants such as Yoga pants, leggings or capris that do not have any buttons or zippers.

  • A comfortable t-shirt that covers your armpits.

  • Leave your jewelry and engagement ring at home for safety.

  • No perfume or essential oil

  • Bring a water bottle and mask

  • Eat a good meal one-two hours before class.

This class is open to students with We will explore sequencing and skills, strength conditioning and transition work. This class also offers progressions for those looking to advance in their aerial journey. Please bring your own silk if you have it! Studio will provide silks if you do not have your own.

Hammock Yoga (Beginners)

Beginners : Friday 10:45 am

                     Saturday 10:45 am

This class is an hour long Yoga practice with aerial hammock. Hammock is a great prob for deep stretching, inversions and adding challenges to certain poses. After we sweat, move, and breath, we will finish the practice with a deep relaxation called Savansana.


Beginners :

Slower paced flow and break down poses, Suggested for first time aerial hammock or inversion experiences.

 

 Hammock Yoga

(Advanced)

Advanced : Tuesday 4:45pm

                     Thursday 10:15am

                     Saturday 9:30am

This class is an hour long Yoga practice with aerial hammock. Hammock is a great prob for deep stretching, inversions and adding challenges to certain poses. After we sweat, move, and breath, we will finish the practice with a deep relaxation called Savansana.


Advanced :

Beginner classes are not required. However,

Faster and less demo of flow. If you feel comfortable with inversions and finding right spot for your hangs, join us.

 

Aerial Lyra(hoop)

Intro Lyra

Class time : Tuesday 10:15 AM

                      Wednesday 1:15pm

Must have three students for this class to run!

No experience, no problem! If you're interested in aerial arts and looking to build strength, come join us for an hour of conditioning and skill exploration on lyra. We will focus on building upper body and core strength while exploring fundamental lyra skills. If you have your own lyra please bring it in to use, untaped lyras will be provided as needed.

Class time : Wednesday 4:45pm

Must have three students signed up to run this class!

We will explore low flow hoop sequencing, new skills, strength conditioning and transition work. This class also offers progressions for those looking to advance in their aerial journey.  Please bring your own lyra if you have one, untaped lyras will be provided as needed.
